Upon arrival in Kasane, you'll be met at the airport and transferred to Chobe House, where you'll stay in one of our riverside chalets or, for larger groups, our exclusive private villa overlooking the Chobe River. After settling into your room and enjoying a freshly prepared lunch, it's time for your first taste of Botswana's incredible wildlife.
This afternoon, board one of our boats for a sunset safari on the Chobe River. Renowned for its vast elephant herds, hippos, crocodiles and exceptional birdlife, the Chobe River offers one of Africa's finest boat safari experiences. As the afternoon light softens, watch wildlife gather along the riverbanks while enjoying refreshments on board.
Return to Chobe House as the sun sets over the river, where dinner awaits on our unique floating restaurant if you're staying in our chalets. The main house eats on a private terrace. Relax and unwind, knowing that this is just the beginning of an unforgettable Chobe safari.

Day 2
Boat Cruises on the Chobe River
Boat Cruises on the Chobe River
Wake beside the Chobe River and enjoy breakfast before setting off on a morning boat safari. Early mornings offer beautiful light, active birdlife and wildlife gathering along the riverbanks. Tea, coffee and traditional rusks are served on board as you drift quietly past elephants, hippos, crocodiles and countless bird species.
Return to Chobe House for brunch or lunch before heading back onto the river for a second safari. The afternoon is one of the best times to watch Chobe's famous elephant herds gather to drink, swim and cross between the islands. Your skipper will adapt the route according to recent wildlife sightings, ensuring every cruise is unique.
Return to Chobe House as the sun sets. Chalet guests enjoy dinner aboard our floating restaurant, while villa guests dine privately on their riverside terrace.

Enjoy one final morning boat safari on the Chobe River, taking in the peaceful waters as elephants, hippos, crocodiles and countless bird species begin another day in the African wilderness. Tea, coffee and traditional rusks are served on board as you savour your final river safari.
Return to Chobe House for brunch or lunch before setting off into Chobe National Park, where your mobile safari expedition begins. Leaving the river behind, your guide will venture deep into the park, far beyond the reach of most day visitors, adapting the route to recent wildlife sightings along the way.
Arrive at your fully serviced private campsite as the sun begins to set. Relax around the campfire while our chefs prepare dinner, before spending your first night beneath Botswana's spectacular star-filled sky, surrounded by the sounds of one of Africa's last great wildernesses.

Spend a full day exploring the spectacular Chobe Riverfront, one of Africa's richest wildlife destinations. Following the river between Serondela and Ihaha, your guide will adapt the route according to recent wildlife sightings, searching for Chobe's famous elephant herds, lions, buffalo, giraffe, sable and an incredible diversity of birdlife.
Enjoy a freshly prepared bush breakfast and picnic lunch in the heart of the park before continuing your afternoon safari.
The Chobe River is the lifeblood of the park, attracting thousands of animals throughout the day and creating some of Africa's most remarkable wildlife spectacles. As the afternoon light softens, continue exploring in search of unforgettable encounters before returning to camp for another evening around the campfire beneath Botswana's spectacular star-filled sky.

Wake to the sounds of the African wilderness and enjoy tea, coffee and a light breakfast before setting off on your final morning game drive. The cool morning hours are among the best times to explore Chobe National Park, with predators often still active and wildlife making the most of the cooler temperatures. Your guide will continue to adapt the route according to recent sightings, ensuring every final kilometre offers the chance of one last unforgettable encounter.
Return to camp for a freshly prepared breakfast before packing up and beginning your journey back towards Kasane. The drive out of the park is still very much part of the safari, with opportunities to stop for wildlife sightings and photographs along the way. Arrive back in Kasane around midday, where you'll be transferred to Kasane Airport or your onward accommodation Kasane, bringing your Chobe adventure to a memorable close.
