You will depart from Nairobi in the morning and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. The drive takes approximately 5 to 6 hours. Enjoy a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the Rift Valley escarpment. Continue the journey to Masai Mara and arrive at your chosen safari camp or lodge in time for lunch. After lunch, take some time to relax and settle in at your accommodation. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in Masai Mara. Your experienced safari guide will take you through the vast grasslands in search of wildlife, including the Big Five (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, and leopard), zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and various antelope species as well as the great wildebeest migration (usually occur in July-October) into Kenya. Enjoy the stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife sightings during the game drive. Your first of the tour will be marked ending by returning to your camp/lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Alternatively, you can visit Crescent Island, a sanctuary where you can take a guided walk and get up close to wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.
