Day 1

Your adventure begins with a scenic journey from Nairobi to the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, taking approximately 5.5 to 6 hours by road. You will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel or Airport at 6:30 AM and proceed to Masai Mara with a stop over at the great Rift valley view point.

Upon your arrival, you'll check in to your accommodation, enjoy your lunch and take sometime to relax before proceeding for afternoon game drive. This drive will give you your first taste of the incredible wildlife that inhabits the Masai Mara, including the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as a myriad of other species in their natural habitat.

After game drives, head back to your camp by 6 PM, freshen up and enjoy your delicious dinner and night stay at the camp.

Full Day Game Drives in Masai Mara

The second day is dedicated to exploring the Masai Mara with a full day of game drives. After breakfast, set out with a packed lunch to traverse different areas of the reserve. The Masai Mara’s varied landscapes and abundant wildlife provide endless opportunities for observation and photography. As the day progresses, you may encounter impressive predator-prey interactions, especially if you’re visiting during the Great Migration[ Jul - Oct ].

After a day full of wildlife exploration and excitement, return to your lodge in evening at 5:30-6 PM. Freshen up and enjoy your freshly prepared for dinner and night stay at camp.

Day 3

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

Early morning breakfast then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.
Lake Nakuru is Known all over the world for its flamingoes, it's alkaline and is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingoes, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times there may be almost 2 million flamingoes in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lake shore.
Arrive in time for hot lunch, check in then later enjoy your afternoon game drive.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

Today enjoy a relaxed breakfast before departure to Lake Naivasha with an enroute game drive arriving at Lake Naivasha in time for check in at your lodge and enjoy you lunch.
In the afternoon head for a scenic boat ride to Crescent Island. You’ll embark on a walking tour next to zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, waterbucks, antelopes and many types of birds. This tranquil island offers close-up views of wildlife in a safe environment free from predators. After your island exploration, return by boat to Naivasha. These activities will take about 2 hours.

At evening, head back to your accommodation at Lake Naivasha for your delicious dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

Day five involves a journey from Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park, a drive of about 6 to 6.5 hours covering 313 km.

Upon arrival in Amboseli, check into your lodge and enjoy a relaxing lunch. Later in the afternoon, set out for a game drive to witness the park's famous large herds of elephants and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

In the evening, return to your lodge by 6 PM. Relax and enjoy your dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Amboseli game drives and Kilimanjaro views

After breakfast, depart for morning game drives around 7:00 AM and continue till about 10:30 AM. Return back to camp to relax and have lunch and then in the afternoon around 3:00 PM proceed for afternoon game drives for 3 hours and return to camp before 6:30 PM.
Note: Since Amboseli is relatively hot, game drives around noon are not usually recommended but can be arranged if you are interested.
Optional activities include very early morning hot air balloon flight with champagne breakfast then proceed to game drive with packed lunch.

After breakfast, depart for Tsavo West National Park via Chyulu gate with an enroute game drive, arriving at your lodge in time for check-in and lunch. The drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Upon arrival, check into your lodge and have lunch and take time to relax.
Later in the afternoon, embark on a game drive in Tsavo West, exploring the park's diverse landscapes, including the Shetani Lava Flow, Mzima Springs, and the stunning Chyulu Hills.
The park is known for its big tuskers, as well as lions, leopards, and rhinos.
In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner relaxation and overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out and begin a drive of about 2 to 2.5 hours to Tsavo East National Park- Kenya's largest national park.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge with an enroute game drive, later on you will head out for an afternoon game drive in Tsavo East, famous for the legendary red elephants, lions, large buffalo herds, and the scenic Galana River and vast open spaces.
Return to your lodge in the evening at around 5:30- 6 PM, and freshen up. Enjoy a delicious dinner and a relaxing evening.
