Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

After our breakfast at our Hotel in Rwanda, we have a morning city tour visiting the famous Kigali memorial and a city drive as we check out for Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park.

Drive via the cyanika border post with a lunch break in Kisoro overlooking the Mgahinga Mountains National Park. Proceed to Bwindi and prepare for the Gorillas the next day.

Gorilla Tracking

This is the day, we wake up by 6:30am and prepare ourselves and mind. Head to the restaurant for our breakfast and our packed lunch. Everyone must carry lunch and a drink/bottled water because tracking can take a whole day. Walk or drive to the briefing center at 8am, register amongst the trackers and kick start the trek through the forest. Get to see the gentle giants, spend 1hr with them, lunch nearby and walk back to your lodge. Graduate and receive certificates.

Kigali International Airport

We have our breakfast, set off from our lodge in Bwindi forest National Park and head back to Rwanda vua cyanika border post and drive to Kigali Airport.
Explore Kigali with our last lunch with shopping and drop off at the Airport for our onward flight home.
