Fly from Maun to Savuti

Your safari begins with a scheduled light aircraft flight from Maun to the Savuti airstrip. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking aerial views of Botswana's vast wilderness, rivers, and floodplains before landing in one of Africa's premier safari destinations.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your lodge. After checking in and enjoying lunch, head out on your first afternoon game drive to explore the legendary Savuti Marsh and surrounding woodlands.
Look out for elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, spotted hyenas, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and a wide variety of birdlife before returning to the lodge for dinner.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive when predators are at their most active. Savuti is renowned for its exceptional lion populations and fascinating predator-prey interactions, making every safari a unique experience.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and time to relax before lunch. In the afternoon, venture back into the wilderness with your experienced guide to discover Savuti's diverse habitats, including open grasslands, ancient river channels, and mopane woodlands.
With a little luck, you may encounter elephants, African wild dogs, leopards, hyenas, cheetahs, and numerous plains game while enjoying outstanding photographic opportunities.
Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight accommodation.
