Your morning begins with pick-up from your hotel or Arusha airport, then the drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Small in size but rich in life, the park unfolds with elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, hippos and abundant birdlife along its alkaline lake and if luck is on your side, the famous tree-climbing lions resting in the branches above. After your drive, stop in Mto wa Mbu for a cultural experience before continuing to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, the road climbs through Ngorongoro Conservation Area, its viewpoints opening onto the crater below, before dropping into the legendary Serengeti. The afternoon is yours to explore its endless plains tracking lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes and herds of grazing game. You'll reach camp with time to unwind before dinner.

Today is yours to spend fully immersed in one of Africa's greatest wildlife destinations. Your guide tracks the season's movements, following where the animals lead predators mid-hunt, herds stretching across the plains. Lunch is a picnic set against the open scenery, before the afternoon draws you back out for more.

Day 4

One last morning game drive in the Serengeti, then the road turns toward Ngorongoro the landscape shifting beneath you, the odd herd or grazing animal breaking the view as you climb. By afternoon you're settled into your lodge on the crater rim, with nothing left to do but take in the panorama and let tomorrow's descent into the crater wait its turn.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After an early breakfast, you descend 600 meters onto the crater floor often called Africa's Garden of Eden, and it's easy to see why. Black rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, hyenas, zebras and thousands of wildebeest share this enclosed world. Lunch is a picnic right there among them, before the drive back to Arusha, where your safari ends with drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
