Your expedition begins at 07:00 AM as you depart Nairobi in a customized 4x4 pop-roof safari cruiser, winding down the dramatic Great Rift Valley Escarpment. After settling in and enjoying a freshly prepared hot lunch, you set out on your inaugural late-afternoon game drive across the golden savannas.
As the midday heat breaks, you will track lions, cheetahs, and spotted hyenas initiating their evening hunts across the open plains, returning to camp under dusk skies for a warm dinner around the campfire.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Deep Savanna Safari & River Crossing Points

Start before sunrise, drifting silently over the Mara in an optional hot air balloon — not included in your tour rate, as the plains wake up beneath you and the first light catches herds of zebra and wildebeest below.
Back on the ground, spend the rest of the day enjoying a game drive with picnic lunch boxes served in the park along the Mara River.
After lunch, take a small afternoon walk along the Mara River on foot alongside an armed ranger, tracking hippo pods and crocodile basking sites from a perspective a vehicle can never give you.
Round out the day with a game drive through prime Big Cat territory, with your guide — also a certified birding specialist — pointing out raptors and rarities most safaris miss entirely.
