Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

Depart from Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. The park is known for its beautiful landscapes, groundwater forests, large elephant herds, colorful birdlife, and, with some luck, its famous tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the game drive before continuing to explore the park. In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive to the Karatu area for dinner and overnight at a public campsite.

Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive. The crater offers excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and many other wildlife species. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated picnic area before continuing with the game drive. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to the campsite for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire National Park – Arusha

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its impressive baobab trees, diverse landscapes and large elephant herds. Enjoy a game drive through the park, with opportunities to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, lions, antelopes and numerous bird species. After enjoying a picnic lunch and completing the game drive, exit the park and continue to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or evening, marking the end of your memorable safari with Wajefya Expeditions.
