Day 1

Your adventure begins the moment you leave Arusha behind. As the road carries you toward Tarangire, the city slowly disappears and the African landscape begins to unfold around you. Then come the baobabs old, enormous trees standing quietly across the golden plains and with them your first feeling that you are somewhere very different. As you enter the park you never know what the next turn will reveal. An elephant herd may appear beside the vehicle a giraffe may pause beneath an acacia tree or lions may be resting in the shade. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the sounds of the bush before continuing your game drive. As the afternoon light turns golden, leave Tarangire behind and continue to Mto wa Mbu. Settle into your accommodation enjoy dinner and relax as you look forward to the Serengeti tomorrow.

After breakfast, your journey continues toward the Ngorongoro Crater. As you approach the crater rim the landscape opens before you and soon you'll be descending into a world filled with wildlife. On the crater floor watch buffaloes, zebras and wildebeest move across the grasslands while lions rest nearby. Keep your eyes open for elephants hippos and with luck the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by this remarkable landscape before ascending the crater and continuing toward the Serengeti. As the plains stretch endlessly ahead anticipation grows. Enter the Serengeti for an afternoon game drive before settling into camp enjoying dinner and falling asleep to the sounds of the African wilderness.

Wake up in the heart of the Serengeti knowing that today belongs entirely to the wilderness. After breakfast, head out with your packed lunch and follow the wildlife across the endless plains. Every turn brings another possibility a lion pride resting beneath an acacia tree a cheetah scanning the grass elephants crossing the horizon or thousands of wildebeest moving across the plains during the migration season. Yet the Serengeti is not only about dramatic encounters. Sometimes the moment you'll remember most is sitting quietly as the morning light spreads across the grass or watching a lone giraffe disappear into the distance. Return to camp in the evening carrying another day of memories beneath the African sky.

Day 4

After breakfast, begin your final journey through Tanzania, taking one last look at the Serengeti before heading toward Lake Manyara National Park. The scenery changes once again as the open plains give way to green forests and the shimmering lake. During your game drive, watch elephants move between the trees, giraffes cross the open areas, and baboons gather along the roadside. Around the lake, hippos and colorful birds bring even more life to the landscape. With luck, you may spot Manyara's famous tree-climbing lions resting above you. After your final game drive and picnic lunch continue to Arusha. As the road carries you home you'll have time to reflect on the elephants the endless Serengeti the crater and the many small moments that made the journey yours.
