Your safari adventure kicks off with an early 6:30 AM pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport, followed by a scenic drive down the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Around 8:00 AM, you’ll stop briefly at a viewpoint to enjoy sweeping views and take photos before continuing through the highlands and small towns to Masai Mara.
You’ll arrive at your lodge by around 1:00 PM, just in time for check-in at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge Glass Cottage and enjoy lunch.
After a short rest, set out for an afternoon game drive from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM in the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve. This will be your first opportunity to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and many other species in their natural habitat. After the drive, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay inside or near the reserve.

Day 2

Start your day with an early breakfast at 6:30 AM, then head out for a full-day game drive starting at around 7:30 AM. With packed picnic lunches in tow, you’ll spend the day exploring the expansive Mara ecosystem, home to Africa’s Big Five and thousands of other animals.
The morning hours are ideal for spotting predators on the move, and you may even witness a dramatic hunt or crossing (season-dependent). Around 12:30 PM, enjoy your picnic lunch at a scenic riverside spot or under a shaded acacia tree. The game drive continues into the afternoon, offering more chances to observe wildlife and the Mara’s stunning landscapes. Return to your lodge by 5:30 PM for relaxation, followed by dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast at around 7:00 AM and check-out, you’ll make an optional stop at a traditional Maasai village from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (USD 30 Per Person). This cultural visit allows you to interact with the local Maasai community, learn about their customs, visit their homes, and witness their famous jumping dance.
Begin your journey towards Lake Nakuru. Travel through the picturesque landscapes of the Great Rift Valley, passing local towns and rural countryside along the way. Upon arrival in Nakuru, check in at Ziwa Bush Lodge and enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at leisure.
Relax at the hotel, explore the surrounding area, or simply unwind after your safari adventures in the Maasai Mara. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast at 7:30 AM, check out from your lodge and head straight into Lake Nakuru National Park for a morning game drive from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The park is known for its white and black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, flamingos (seasonal), and elusive leopards.
After the game drive, begin your journey back to Nairobi, stopping for lunch en route around 12:30 PM. Expect to arrive in Nairobi by 3:30 PM, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel, bresidence, or the airport — bringing your unforgettable 4-day safari to a close.
