Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide. After a short briefing, you will be transferred in a private vehicle to your hotel in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s Northern safari circuit.

Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the lodge, enjoy the hotel amenities, or take in views of Mount Meru. This evening is dedicated to rest and relaxation, allowing you to recover from your journey and prepare for the safari adventure ahead.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Full-Day Game Drive

After breakfast, depart Arusha in your private 4x4 safari vehicle for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive through the park’s scenic landscapes of open savannah, acacia woodlands, and seasonal wetlands, all sustained by the Tarangire River.

Keep watch for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, antelopes, and an abundance of birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the park before continuing your afternoon game drive, with plenty of opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography.
