You will be picked up at your hotel at 7:00am or direct from Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport, and transferred to Tarangire National Park for your game-viewing experience in this magnificent park. Tarangire is famous for its large collection of baobab trees, spectacular large mammal population, and variety of bird species, not to mention one of the largest concentrations of elephants in the country.

Day 2

After breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel. You will drive up to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and then continue crossing the Ngorongoro Highland up to the entrance of Serengeti National Park. You will start with the game drive and return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti is located in northern Tanzania and is a World Heritage Site occupying an area of around 15,000 square kilometers. With over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species, this area is filled with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the dry season. However, North Serengeti also supports an abundance of resident wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile, and the rare oribi antelope.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we will drive up to the gates of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and then enter the crater. You will see a great number of animals living within the crater including lions, buffalos, zebras, hyenas, and antelopes, and if it’s your lucky day, you'll see a rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the crater lake. After the game drive, you drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

The crater is the world's largest caldera and was formed after an explosion that occurred approximately 2 to 3 million years ago. The crater floor is 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level. The area has around 30,000 animals and a great variety of birds.

Start your final safari morning hand-in-hand on the Manyara Treetop Walkway, walking high among the forest canopy alongside playful blue monkeys. Afterward, descend into the park for a game drive to spot Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and witness the stunning spectacle of thousands of pink flamingos rimming the lake.
Enjoy a private picnic lunch under the shade of giant acacia trees.

In the afternoon, take a smooth 2-hour drive back to Arusha Airport (ARK) for your short evening flight to Zanzibar. You will trade the dusty savannah for the warm, tropical breeze of the Spice Island just in time for a romantic beachside dinner.
