Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Early morning after breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park. You will begin your journey to drive through the "land of giants", Tarangire National Park. You'll drive across the endless golden savannah that grazes along the Tarangire River. This national park is known for its elephants and sprawling baobab trees. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch at the picnic site and take in the remarkable view of the Tarangire River. Keep a close eye on your lunch, as the monkeys won’t hesitate to get away with a tasty treat if given the chance. The action-packed game drive will end late in the evening. You will now head towards your choice of accommodation in Karatu near Ngorongoro highlands, where a freshly prepared dinner awaits. Ensure you get some good rest and recharge yourself for another eventful day.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Today, after breakfast at the lodge, you’ll drive at least 30 minutes to reach the Ngorongoro entrance gate. This amazing place is home to many East African animals, and you might even see the rare black rhinos. The crater is about 20 kilometers wide, so you’ll spend around 6 hours to exploring it. You’ll have lunch at the scenic Ngoitoktok picnic site, overlooking Hippo Lake. After lunch, you’ll continue with an afternoon game drive before heading back to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.

Materuni Waterfalls to Kilimanjaro Airport

Start your adventure with a pick-up, then head to Materuni Village. Take a short but refreshing hike to Materuni Falls, enjoying a stunning view of the cascading waters. Explore a coffee farm, learning about the interesting stages of coffee cultivation, harvesting, and processing. You even get to roast and prepare your own cup of freshly harvested local coffee. Wrap up this enriching experience by returning to the village, where we’ll escort you to the airport for your departure.
