Johannesburg to the Sekekama Tented Camp – Afternoon Sunset Drive
You will fly from Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International Airport to Hoedspruit Airport, where you will be collected and transferred to Sekekama Tented Camp. Upon arrival, you will check into your upgraded glamping tent, offering more luxurious finishes, enhanced comfort, and upgraded facilities for a more refined safari stay.
In the afternoon, you will depart on a 3-hour open safari vehicle game drive in the Greater Kruger’s Tshukudu Private Game Reserve.
Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, various antelope species, and other wildlife as you explore the African bush.
You will return to camp in the evening for a delicious boma fire dinner (weather dependent), followed by a peaceful and comfortable night under the stars.

You will rise early to be ready at 05:30 (when predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas are most active) for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park with The Kruger Safari Co.
Your day may unfold in one of two ways: an early departure for Kruger National Park with a bush breakfast along the route and an earlier return, or having breakfast at the lodge first, departing and returning later.
The exact departure times will be communicated to you the night before as it will be decided according to animal activity at the time to give you the best opportunity for game viewing. Your Kruger Park safari will last 7 to 8 hours, so you should be back at the camp with enough time to relax before dinner by the fire.

You’ll rise early to embark on a full-day safari into Kruger National Park with The Kruger Safari Co. You'll observe active predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas while experiencing the spectacular sunrise over the park.
Alternatively, you can opt for a full-day Panorama Route tour along this exhilarating and iconic route. You’ll encounter unforgettable landmarks including Berlin Falls, God’s Window, The Pinnacle, 3 Rondawels, and Blyde River Canyon.
Your Panorama Route or Kruger Safari Co experience will last 7 to 8 hours, allowing you to return to the camp with plenty of time to relax by the fire before dinner. Dinner under the stars (with a complimentary glass of wine) awaits every night, providing a perfect setting to share your experiences with others and make new friends.

After breakfast at camp, you will be transferred to Hoedspruit Airport for your return flight to Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International Airport. This seamless fly-in experience ensures a comfortable and efficient journey back, with ample time for your onward travel arrangements.
For those seeking one last adventure, an optional 3-hour sunrise game drive in the Tshukudu Private Game Reserve is available this morning for R1350 per person sharing — a final opportunity to enjoy the bush before departure.
