Day 2

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch and begin an exciting game drive through one of Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife areas.

Tarangire is particularly famous for its large herds of elephants and its diverse landscapes, which range from open savanna and seasonal wetlands to areas of woodland..
As you explore the park, you may have the chance to witness lions stalking their prey or spot leopards resting high in the trees while keeping watch over the surroundings. Other wildlife encounters are also possible throughout the day.

After completing the game drive, you will leave the park and drive to your lodge. You can then relax, enjoy dinner, and settle in for a comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will set off for Serengeti National Park, enjoying a game drive along the way as you enter the vast wilderness of the Serengeti. A packed or picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a designated location inside the park, allowing you to take a break while surrounded by the beautiful African landscape.

The Serengeti National Park is famous for the spectacular Great Migration, when huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, and other antelope move across the plains in search of fresh grazing and water. Alongside these migrating herds, the Serengeti is home to an impressive population of predators, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. With patience and a little luck, you may witness these magnificent animals hunting, resting, or interacting in their natural environment.

You wake up early and enjoy a magical game drive in Serengeti National Park before you depart in the afternoon to Karatu. Your accommodation for the night is near the Ngorongoro Crater.

The crater is home to a rich concentration of wildlife, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, as well as numerous bird species such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Its abundant wildlife makes it possible to experience many unforgettable sightings within a short time.

After the game drive, you will begin your journey to the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your safari adventure.
