Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our professional safari driver-guide will warmly welcome you and pick you up from the airport. After a short briefing, you will begin your journey directly to Tarangire National Park. Once you arrive, your safari adventure begins with an exciting game drive through the park. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and diverse wildlife. Keep your eyes open for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes and many bird species as you explore the park. After the game drive, proceed to your comfortable mid-range lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Lake Natron

After breakfast at your accommodation in Mto wa Mbu, you will depart directly for Lake Natron. The journey takes you through scenic landscapes, local villages and traditional Maasai communities, offering a glimpse into the authentic side of Tanzania. Upon arrival at Lake Natron, explore the beautiful surroundings of this unique alkaline lake, famous for its flamingos, breathtaking scenery and views of Ol Doinyo Lengai volcano. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a guided nature walk or sunset experience before dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

After breakfast, depart from Lake Natron and begin your journey towards the Northern Serengeti. Travel through scenic landscapes and remote areas, with opportunities to see wildlife and local communities along the way. As you approach the Serengeti, the scenery opens into vast golden plains where the Great Migration may be active during September. Upon entering the park, begin your game drive while heading towards your camp, searching for wildebeest, zebras, elephants, giraffes and predators. Arrive at your comfortable mid-range tented camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive across the Northern Serengeti with your experienced safari guide. This region is renowned for the Great Migration, especially during September, when large herds of wildebeest and zebras may be moving through the area. Depending on the location of the herds, you may have the chance to witness dramatic river crossings. Keep your eyes open for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, elephants and other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your adventure until late afternoon, then return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

This additional day allows you to spend more time following the Great Migration and exploring different areas where the wildebeest and zebra herds may be gathered. Depending on the movement of the animals, you may have opportunities to witness dramatic river crossings and intense predator activity. Keep watch for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, elephants, giraffes and buffaloes. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive through the afternoon, then return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy an en-route game drive as you travel through the changing landscapes, with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive through Central Serengeti, particularly around the Seronera Valley, one of the park’s richest wildlife areas. Explore the endless plains, woodland and river valleys while searching for the Big Five and other wildlife. You may encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and wildebeest. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive throughout the afternoon. In the evening, return to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Central Serengeti National Park to Karatu
After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive in Central Serengeti, taking advantage of the cooler hours when wildlife is often most active. Continue exploring the Seronera area while searching for lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. Later, leave the Serengeti and drive towards the Ngorongoro Highlands, enjoying beautiful scenery along the way. Descend towards Karatu and arrive at your comfortable accommodation for dinner and overnight, ready for the following day’s Ngorongoro Crater adventure.

After an early breakfast, depart from your accommodation in Karatu and descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Explore the crater floor, where a remarkable concentration of wildlife can be found, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the spectacular crater scenery before continuing your wildlife exploration. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
After breakfast, depart from Karatu and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Explore the park’s beautiful landscapes while searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, baboons and a variety of bird species. After the game drive, continue to Arusha for lunch and some time to relax. Later, our driver will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.
