Transfer to Kalinzu Central Forest Reserve

After your morning breakfast, you will be picked by a Likyadi Adventures guide who will brief you about the safari and you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the rolling plains of Fort Portal. You will have a lunch break in Fort Portal City and after you will continue your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will arrive at the lodge in the afternoon where you will check in and relax. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Chimpanzee Trekking in Kalinzu Forest Reserve and Transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

After your morning breakfast, you will head to the Kalinzu Forest Reserve where you will embark on a Chimpanzee Trekking experience in the reserve. During this trek you will have an opportunity to see other primates species and many bird species. You will spend one(1) hour with the chimpanzees after finding a group.

After the Chimpanzee Trekking in Kalinzu Forest, you will transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park while enjoying the scenic views of the country side. You will have a lunch stop where you will have hot lunch and you will continue your journey to Kisoro. You will arrive at the lodge where you will check in to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Golden Monkey Trekking and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After your early morning breakfast, you will proceed at the visitors centre in Mgahinga National Park at Ntebeko where you will be briefed about the dos and don’ts while with the golden monkeys. After the briefing you will then head inside the forest to search for the golden monkeys and once you have identified a group, you will be given one hour to spend with the monkeys watching their behaviours and you will take as many pictures as you want.

After the Golden Monkey trekking, you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will arrive at the lodge later in the afternoon where you will check in to the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

After the early morning breakfast, you will proceed to UWA visitor’s reception where briefing is done before tracking at 7:30am about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas. Remember to carry your packed lunch and enough drinking water since you may stay in the forest up to afternoon in search of these gentle giants in their natural environment. Gorilla
tracking exercise is physically demanding but an exciting activity! You may need to hire a porter to assist you during tracking and these are readily available at the park headquarters. Time allowed to spend with gorillas is 1 hour when you have found them and this is enough to ask all the questions about their behaviour. You will awarded a certificate after the Gorilla Trekking Experience.

After Gorilla Trekking, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxing. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport

After your morning breakfast, you will check out of your lodge at Lake Bunyonyi and you will transfer back to Entebbe International Airport for your flight. Along the way, you will have a stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for memorable photos and the famous water experiment that shows that the Earth is separated into the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. You will have a chance to enjoy both hemispheres. You will have an en-route lunch. You will continue your journey to Entebbe International Airport.
