Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast in Arusha, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival, begin your game drive through the park, where you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, lions, and many species of birds. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive, exploring the wildlife-rich areas around the Tarangire River, an important water source for animals, especially during the dry season.

In the late afternoon, you will leave the park and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will depart from Tarangire and drive towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The journey takes you through the scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with opportunities to enjoy the changing scenery along the way.

Upon entering Serengeti, you will begin an en-route game drive as you make your way towards your campsite. The Serengeti is renowned for its vast plains and abundant wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, and leopards.

Arrive at the campsite in the evening, where you will enjoy dinner and spend the night surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highland

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti, giving you another opportunity to spot the park’s incredible wildlife. You may encounter lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and many other species.

Later, depart Serengeti and drive towards the Ngorongoro Highlands, passing through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you may enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding highlands and local Maasai communities.

Arrive at your campsite in the Ngorongoro Highlands in the evening, where you will have dinner and relax in preparation for the next day’s adventure in the Ngorongoro Crater.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater – Mto wa Mbu

After breakfast, you will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater is home to a remarkable concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater while surrounded by the stunning scenery and abundant wildlife.

In the late afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and drive to Mto wa Mbu. Upon arrival, check in at your accommodation, where you will enjoy dinner and relax after an exciting day of wildlife exploration. Overnight in Mto wa Mbu.

Lake Manyara - Arusha

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Explore the park’s diverse landscapes, from lush groundwater forests to open grasslands and the shores of the alkaline lake. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, baboons, hippos, and a variety of bird species. With some luck, you may also spot Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions.

After the game drive, enjoy lunch before departing the park and driving back to Arusha or proceeding directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport, depending on your departure arrangements. This marks the end of your unforgettable Tanzania safari.
