Day 1

Your safari begins with a morning departure from Arusha and a scenic drive towards Tarangire National Park. Known for its ancient baobab trees, seasonal wetlands, and large elephant herds, Tarangire offers an exceptional introduction to Tanzania’s wildlife.

Enjoy a full-day game drive through the park, looking for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions, and a variety of bird species. The park’s diverse landscapes provide excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife viewing.

In the late afternoon, continue towards your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

After breakfast, leave Tarangire behind and journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park. The drive itself is part of the adventure, taking you through the changing landscapes of northern Tanzania and towards the vast Serengeti plains.

Upon entering the Serengeti, begin your game drive as you make your way towards your accommodation. Keep watch for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife.

Arrive at your camp or lodge in the evening, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Wake up early for a morning game drive in the Serengeti, when wildlife is often particularly active. This is an excellent opportunity to search for predators and witness the Serengeti coming alive as the morning light spreads across the plains.

After breakfast, continue with your safari through the Serengeti before gradually making your way towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Enjoy an afternoon game drive en route, taking advantage of every opportunity to spot wildlife before arriving at your accommodation near the crater rim.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Rise early and descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for your final and perhaps most memorable wildlife experience.

The crater is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a game drive across the crater floor while surrounded by the dramatic walls of this natural wonder.

After lunch, ascend from the crater and begin the journey back to Arusha. Arrive in the late afternoon or evening, marking the end of your honeymoon private Tanzania safari.
