Tarangire National Park Safari

Depart Arusha after breakfast in a private 4x4 and travel to Tarangire National Park. Explore baobab-studded plains, seasonal wetlands and the Tarangire River, searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras and abundant birdlife. After the game drive, continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Country Lodge Karatu.

Journey to the Serengeti

After an early breakfast, travel through the Ngorongoro highlands and across the conservation area to Serengeti National Park. Depart early for the Ngorongoro Crater and descend to the caldera floor for an extensive game drive. Look for elephants, buffalo, hippos, lions and, with luck, black rhinos in this remarkable ecosystem. Enjoy a picnic lunch before ascending the escarpment and returning to Arusha, where the safari concludes.
