Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Between 07:00 and 7:30, you will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel, residence or the airport. Depart for Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi/Mombasa road.

The morning drive takes you through typical African savannah country, dotted with local homesteads and colourful Maasai herdsmen grazing their cattle.

You will arrive at the Amboseli National Park in time for lunch. Take a midday rest and later venture into the park for the scheduled afternoon game-viewing drive. We will search for elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, cheetahs, warthogs, ostriches and many others.

Mount Kilimanjaro dominates the skyline and surrounding countryside. It is Africa's tallest mountain and the world's highest free-standing mountain. With its snow-capped peak, it dominates the background while we marvel at the wildlife and scenery.

Amboseli – Nairobi

Have breakfast at the lodge, then head out for a game-viewing drive in search of predators and grazers. Exit the park between 10:00 and 11:00 and drive to Nairobi, where you will have lunch at a rest stop in Emali before continuing to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon at 4:00 pm.
