Day 1

Arrival in Arusha

Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative, who will be waiting for you at the airport and ready to assist you after your journey. From there, you will be comfortably transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, a lively town surrounded by beautiful landscapes and known as one of the main gateways to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit.

The drive to Arusha will give you your first glimpse of Tanzania as you settle into the rhythm of the country. Once you arrive at your hotel, you can check in, freshen up, and take some well-deserved time to relax after your travel.

We intentionally keep your arrival day relaxed. There is no need to rush into activities, as this gives you time to recover from your journey and prepare for the days ahead. If your arrival is early and you feel up to it, you may choose to explore a little of Arusha, enjoy the hotel surroundings, or simply rest and enjoy a quiet evening.

Day 2

After breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, You will meet your safari guide in the morning and depart Arusha in your safari vehicle, heading towards Tarangire National Park. As you leave the town behind, the scenery gradually changes from the busy streets of Arusha to the beautiful countryside of northern Tanzania.

Tarangire is famous for its impressive landscapes, ancient baobab trees, and large herds of elephants. The park is also home to a wonderful variety of wildlife, including zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and many different bird species. If you are lucky, you may also spot lions, leopards, or cheetahs during your game drive.
Once you arrive at the park, you will begin your first game drive, with your experienced guide taking you through different areas of Tarangire in search of wildlife.. You may find them moving through the woodland, feeding beneath the baobabs, or gathering around water sources.

Day 3

After breakfast, you’ll leave Karatu and journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the beautiful Ngorongoro Conservation Area along the way.
As you enter the Serengeti, the landscape opens into vast golden plains where wildlife can be seen throughout the journey. Your game drive begins as soon as you enter the park, giving you the opportunity to spot zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, and, with some luck, lions and cheetahs.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive through the afternoon. Your guide will choose the best areas to explore based on wildlife movements and current conditions.
Later in the afternoon, you’ll head to your lodge or tented camp for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay surrounded by the beauty of the Serengeti.

Wake up to the beautiful sounds of the Serengeti and enjoy breakfast before heading out for a full-day game drive.
With a full day to explore, there is plenty of time to venture deeper into the park in search of its incredible wildlife. Your experienced guide will follow the best wildlife opportunities of the day, where you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebra, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, and the Serengeti’s famous predators, including lions and cheetahs.

You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive through the afternoon. As the sun begins to set, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and a relaxing evening in the heart of the Serengeti.

Enjoy an early breakfast before heading out for a morning game drive in the Serengeti. This is a wonderful time to explore the plains, when wildlife is often active and the morning light creates beautiful views across the park.

Continue your game drive until around midday, with a picnic lunch along the way. You’ll have more opportunities to spot wildlife and enjoy your final moments in the Serengeti.

In the late afternoon, begin your scenic drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you leave the Serengeti behind, enjoy the changing landscapes and beautiful views along the way.
Arrive at your lodge or camp in the Ngorongoro area in the evening, where you’ll have dinner and relax in preparation for the following day’s Ngorongoro Crater experience.

Day 6

After an early breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable morning game drive. The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, and you may have the chance to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and, with some luck, rhinos.

Enjoy a picnic lunch within the conservation area before continuing your exploration for a little longer.

In the late afternoon, leave the Ngorongoro area and drive towards Moshi, enjoying the changing scenery as you travel from the highlands towards the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Upon arrival in Moshi, check in at your hotel, have dinner, and relax. This evening is dedicated to preparing for the following day’s Mount Kilimanjaro hiking experience.

Day 7

Mount kilimanjaro

After an early breakfast, you’ll drive to Marangu Gate, the starting point of your Kilimanjaro adventure. After completing the registration and meeting your mountain guide, you’ll begin your hike through the beautiful rainforest of the Marangu Route.

Today’s hike takes you all the way to Mandara Hut, located at approximately 2,720 metres above sea level. Take your time to enjoy the peaceful forest, fresh mountain air, and incredible scenery along the trail. Your guide will be with you throughout the hike, making sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

After spending some time at Mandara Hut and enjoying your packed lunch, you’ll begin the hike back down to Marangu Gate. From there, you’ll return to Moshi.
In the evening, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed and transferred to your beach accommodation, where you can finally relax after an exciting day on Kilimanjaro.

Day 8

After breakfast, wake up to a slower pace and enjoy a full day in beautiful Zanzibar. After the excitement of your safari and Mount Kilimanjaro hike, today is all about enjoying the island and having time to yourself.

Spend your morning relaxing on the beach, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings of your hotel. You can also take a walk along the coastline and experience the laid-back atmosphere of the island. If you would like to explore more of Zanzibar, optional activities can be arranged. You might visit Stone Town, discover the island’s history and culture, take a boat trip, or enjoy a snorkeling experience in the clear waters.

In the afternoon, return to the beach or your hotel to relax. Take some time to enjoy the scenery, capture a few beautiful photos, and simply appreciate the final moments of your Tanzanian adventure.
As evening arrives, enjoy the sunset and a relaxed dinner, surrounded by the warm island atmosphere.

After breakfast, enjoy your last morning in Zanzibar without rushing. Take one more walk along the beach, enjoy the ocean views, or simply sit back and enjoy your final moments on the island.

Depending on your flight time, you’ll have some free time to relax at the hotel or do a little last-minute shopping for souvenirs and gifts to take home.

When it’s time to leave, our driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Zanzibar Airport for your onward flight.

As you leave Tanzania, you’ll be carrying home more than just photos — you’ll have memories of the incredible wildlife in Tarangire and Serengeti, the beauty of the Ngorongoro Crater, the experience of hiking to Mandara Hut on Mount Kilimanjaro, and the peaceful beaches of Zanzibar.
