Your safari guide will pick you up from Entebbe or Kampala and brief you on the adventure ahead. Drive west through Uganda's picturesque countryside, passing tea plantations, traditional villages, and rolling hills. Enjoy the scenic journey as you head towards Kibale National Park, located near the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains. Arrive in the evening, check into your lodge, and relax as you prepare for the next day's chimpanzee trekking experience.

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing by experienced Uganda Wildlife Authority guides. Enter the tropical rainforest in search of habituated chimpanzees and other primates that inhabit the forest. Once the chimpanzees are located, spend an unforgettable hour observing their behavior, feeding habits, and social interactions. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation before heading to the nearby Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a guided nature walk. This community-managed wetland is famous for its rich biodiversity, including monkeys, birds, and unique plant species.

Arrive in Entebbe in the evening and transfer to the airport for your departure flight or to your preferred location, marking the end of your memorable chimpanzee trekking safari.
