Arrive in Entebbe and meet your driver-guide for the journey north to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Join rangers on an included guided walk to track southern white rhinos in their protected habitat. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, stopping at the top of the falls where the Nile is forced through a narrow gorge. Set out early for a game drive across Murchison Falls National Park, searching for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, lions and, with luck, leopards. After breakfast, take an included boat cruise on the Nile toward the base of the falls. Watch for hippos, crocodiles and abundant birdlife along the banks, then return to the lodge for lunch, relaxation and dinner.

After a briefing, follow Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers and trackers through the ancient forest in search of a habituated gorilla family. The trek may be demanding and its duration depends on the gorillas movements. Once located, spend one unforgettable hour quietly observing them before returning to the lodge for dinner and rest.
