Our professional safari guide will pick you up from Airport or your hotel in Kigali and take you to the poignant Kigali Genocide Memorial, where you will pay respects to the victims of the 1994 genocide and more abit of city tour.
Then, you will embark on a scenic 2.5-hour drive through Rwanda's lush hills and market towns to Volcanoes National Park, famous for Dian Fossey's groundbreaking gorilla research. You will enjoy an overnight stay at your pre-booked lodge, nestled near the park's majestic mountains.
Then dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Golden monkey trekking and transfer to Bwindi
Golden monkey trekking and transfer to Bwindi
After morning breakfast, head to the park headquarters to start your golden monkey tracking adventure. You will receive a briefing before setting off for the activity with an experienced guide.
You shall later enter inside Volcanoes National Park for the activity. After an encounter, you will have one hour of physical interaction with them and return back to the park headquarters. Later return back to the lodge, take lunch and check out of the lodge, and transfer to Bwindi.
Arrival and check in at your pre-booked lodge.

Day 3

An early morning breakfast will be served at the lodge, short drive and report to the park headquarters. Attend the general briefing by the Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger guide. Later, short entertainment from the local community. Begin the walk to the gorillas’ natural habitats led by experienced armed ranger guides.
As you glide through the impenetrable lash of the jungle, follow the trails and maintain maximum silence as this rewards a chance to see other primates in the forest and birds. Respect the gorilla distance as instructed by the ranger guide and
use the chance to inquire everything you would wish to know about the gorillas from the guide while still interacting with the gorillas.
After the tracking activity, you shall transfer to Lake Bunyonyi surrounded by lush hills and dotted with 29 enchanting islands, offering breathtaking views for relaxation. Arrival and check in at the lodge, then dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely boat cruise or island tour on Lake Bunyonyi, then check out of the lodge. Your driver guide will transfer you back to Kigali.
Your driver-guide will ensure a timely drop-off at your hotel or the airport, tailored to your departure schedule.
