Meet the Migsam team at the airport and transfer to Arusha. After check-in, enjoy time to rest and recover from your flight. Your safari guide will meet with you to review the seasonal plan, including recent wildlife reports, rainfall patterns, road conditions, and airstrip updates. These factors will help determine the most suitable game-drive routes for the safari.
The afternoon is kept relaxed, allowing you to settle in without a demanding schedule after your journey. Your guide will be available to answer questions about the local time, weather, and the following day's departure.
Before dinner, the guide will confirm the daily safari rhythm and attend to any personal requirements. For photographers, there will also be a discussion on light, vehicle positioning, and time at sightings, with any special seating or luggage arrangements confirmed in advance.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater

Leave early for Ngorongoro and descend into the crater for a full day of wildlife viewing. Explore the crater floor, including open grasslands, Lerai Forest, and wetland areas, offering excellent opportunities to see a variety of wildlife and capture memorable photographs. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing with the final game-drive circuit.
The morning schedule remains flexible depending on temperatures, mist on the crater rim, and road conditions. After the game drive, ascend from the crater and continue to your accommodation in the highlands. The evening is kept relaxed, with your location chosen to provide a comfortable overnight stay and a convenient starting point for the following day's journey to Ndutu.

Day 3
Ngorongoro Highlands to Ndutu

Travel west and south toward the short-grass plains of Ndutu, beginning wildlife viewing as the landscape opens. Based on current field conditions, the guide will choose between the Ndutu woodlands, marshes, and surrounding plains, following the movement of wildlife and fresh grazing areas.
The route remains flexible, allowing time to reposition when herds are scattered. Special care is taken around nursery herds and predators, maintaining a respectful distance and avoiding unnecessary crowding. Enjoy patient wildlife observation and photography before reaching the seasonal camp before dark.
After dinner, review the latest field information with your guide and prepare for the next morning's activities. Any photography, seating, or luggage requirements will be confirmed in advance.

Start early, before the day warms, and follow the latest herd movements rather than a fixed route. The day may include the open plains, woodland edges, and water points, with time to reposition as wildlife moves. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the field for a longer game-drive circuit, or return to camp for lunch and a short rest before the afternoon drive.
Calving herds, young calves, and predator activity may be encountered, although sightings cannot be guaranteed. Wildlife viewing and photography are conducted patiently and respectfully, avoiding crowding or disrupting animal movement. Return to camp before dark for dinner and a briefing on the latest field information and plans for the following day.

Enjoy a final dawn or early-morning game drive in Ndutu, following the latest wildlife movements before continuing to the operating airstrip. After the morning activity, board your scheduled bush flight to Arusha, where our transfer team will meet you and connect you with your evening departure or hotel.
The flight will be confirmed after verifying the operating airstrip, flight schedule, and baggage allowance. The morning route remains flexible, allowing time for meaningful wildlife viewing and photography without rushing.
Lunch, park timing, airstrip transfer, and onward arrangements are coordinated as one smooth plan. Your guide will keep you informed of any changes while ensuring a relaxed and well-timed conclusion to your safari.
