Your Botswana adventure begins on arrival at Maun Airport, where you will be met and transferred by road to Thamo Telele, a private reserve located just outside Maun.
After settling in, meet your professional cycling guides and get acquainted with the journey ahead. Depending on arrival time, enjoy an introductory cycle of approximately two hours around the private reserve, offering your first opportunity to experience Botswana's landscapes and wildlife from the saddle.
Return to Thamo Telele for sundowners, followed by dinner and a relaxing evening surrounded by the tranquillity of the bush.

Day 2
Cycle from Thamo Telele to Meno a Kwena
Cycle from Thamo Telele to Meno a Kwena
After an early breakfast, set off from Thamo Telele with your professional cycling guides, following scenic trails along the Thamalakane River. The route includes a river crossing before continuing towards the headwaters of the Boteti River and the Samedupi Pan area, where you will stop for lunch and a well-earned rest.
The journey then continues towards Moreomaoto village. From here, get back in the saddle for the final approximately 20 km ride to Meno a Kwena, spectacularly positioned above the Boteti River.
After an adventurous day of cycling, relax at camp and enjoy the beautiful river views. In the late afternoon, there may be an opportunity to enjoy a Bushman cultural experience before sundowners and dinner.

Wake up overlooking the beautiful Boteti River and enjoy breakfast before setting off on another exciting day in the saddle. Leaving Meno a Kwena behind, cycle through the changing landscapes of the Makgadikgadi region, experiencing the vast open spaces and remote wilderness that make this journey so special.
With your professional cycling guides and support team accompanying you, enjoy stops along the way to rest, refuel and take in the scenery before continuing towards Planet Baobab.
Arrive at Planet Baobab and settle in for the evening among its iconic baobab trees. Relax after the day’s ride and enjoy dinner beneath the vast Kalahari sky.

After breakfast at Planet Baobab, set off with your professional cycling guides for another memorable ride through the spectacular Makgadikgadi landscape. Cycle across vast open spaces and striking Kalahari scenery as you make your way towards Camp Kalahari, your home for the next two nights.
Arrive at Camp Kalahari and settle into the relaxed surroundings of this intimate safari camp. Your time here offers the opportunity to slow down after the cycling journey and experience more of the unique landscapes and wildlife of the Makgadikgadi.
Spend your second day exploring and enjoying the wilderness around Camp Kalahari before returning to camp for a relaxing final evening beneath the expansive Botswana sky.
