Game drive

Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive towards Nanyuki, passing through the scenic central Kenya highlands and crossing the Equator. Continue to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, where you will check in at Maisha Sweetwaters Camp.

After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive in Ol Pejeta Conservancy. The conservancy is known for its wildlife, including rhinos, elephants, lions, buffaloes and other plains game.

Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Ol Pejeta Conservancy with morning and afternoon game drives.

You may also visit some of the conservancy's conservation attractions, including the chimpanzee sanctuary and rhino conservation areas. Other optional activities include nature walks and cultural experiences.

Return to Maisha Sweetwaters Camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Game drive

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Meru National Park. Enjoy the scenic journey through the central Kenya countryside before arriving at Ikweta Safari Camp, located only about 2 km from the Murera Gate of Meru National Park.

After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive in Meru National Park. Look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards, rhinos, giraffes and a variety of bird species.

Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy an early morning game drive through Meru National Park, exploring its diverse landscapes and wildlife.

Return to the camp for breakfast and some relaxation before heading out again for an afternoon game drive. Meru is home to the Big Five and is known for its relatively uncrowded wilderness.

Return to Ikweta Safari Camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, check out and drive north towards Samburu National Reserve.

Arrive at Samburu Simba Lodge in time for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in Samburu, exploring the reserve along the Ewaso Nyiro River.

Samburu is particularly known for its unique Samburu Special Five, as well as its rugged landscapes and diverse wildlife.

Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Samburu to Nairobi

After breakfast, check out from Samburu Simba Lodge and transfer to the Samburu airstrip for your scheduled flight to Nairobi Wilson Airport. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, you will be met by the driver and transferred by road to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your onward international flight.

This marks the end of your 7-day Northern Kenya Wildlife Safari.
