Nairobi to Samburu

Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive north through the scenic landscapes of central Kenya to Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Samburu is renowned for its unique wildlife, including the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, and Beisa oryx. Enjoy dinner and your overnight stay at your safari lodge or camp.

Spend the day exploring Samburu on morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve offers excellent opportunities to spot elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, and a variety of bird species. Samburu to Olpejeta Conservancy

After breakfast, depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, with a game drive en route. Explore the conservancy, home to one of Kenya’s important rhino populations and a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, and giraffes. Depending on your schedule, visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary or enjoy additional wildlife viewing before Overnight at your your camp.
