Day 1

Arusha To Tarangire National Park
Begin your safari with a morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival, meet your professional safari guide and depart for Tarangire National Park, enjoying scenic views of the Tanzanian countryside along the way. Arrive at the park and begin your first exciting game drive through its diverse landscapes, renowned for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and seasonal wetlands. Your experienced guide will explore different areas of the park while searching for wildlife in their natural habitat. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, antelopes and, with luck, lions. Tarangire is also home to a wide variety of bird species, offering excellent opportunities for birdwatching. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park surrounded by the beautiful wilderness before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Later, exit the park and drive toward Karatu, arriving at Farm of Dreams Lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Karatu to Ngorongoro Ndutu Area

After breakfast, depart from Karatu and begin your journey toward the Ndutu area, passing through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through the highlands and surrounding wilderness, with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. Upon reaching Ndutu, begin an exciting afternoon game drive across the open plains and surrounding habitats. During the December–April calving season, Ndutu becomes an important gathering area for large herds of wildebeest and zebras, with many newborn calves spread across the grasslands. The abundance of young animals attracts predators such as lions, cheetahs and hyenas, creating opportunities to witness fascinating wildlife interactions in their natural environment. Your experienced safari guide will monitor wildlife movements and recent sightings to select the best areas for game viewing.

Rise early for a final game drive in the Ndutu area before breakfast, taking advantage of the cool morning hours when wildlife is often most active. After breakfast, depart Ndutu and continue toward the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying scenic views of the surrounding landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, descend into the crater for a spectacular game drive across the crater floor. Explore its diverse habitats while searching for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. Your experienced guide will select the best areas for wildlife viewing based on current sightings and conditions. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor, surrounded by dramatic scenery and abundant wildlife. After lunch, continue with a final game drive before ascending the crater walls. Proceed to the appropriate airstrip for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar.
