Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire national Park

Arusha to Tarangire national Park

After breakfast at your accommodation in Arusha, you will be met by our driver-guide who will deliver a short briefing, then you'll head into the Tarangire National Park for a game drive. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of acacia woodland and giant African baobab trees large group of elephant with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This national park is also home to three rare species of animals the greater Kudu, the fringed-eared oryx, as well as a few Ashy starlings. You'll have a picnic lunch after which you'll continue with the game until late evening. Then, you'll drive to the Karatu Safari camp for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Karatu to Serengeti national park

Karatu to Serengeti national park

The entire day will be devoted to exploring the wildlife of the Serengeti. After breakfast, we will transfer you to Serengeti National Park, one of Tanzania’s most renowned wildlife destinations. The park is famous for its abundant wildlife, including the Big Five, as well as numerous other animal species.

You will enjoy a morning game drive until lunchtime, providing excellent opportunities to observe the diverse wildlife and natural beauty of the park. After lunch, you will continue with an afternoon game drive, exploring more of the Serengeti’s remarkable landscapes and wildlife. Later in the day, you will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Serengeti national park

Serengeti national park

On this day, you will descend more than 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable wildlife experience. Thanks to its permanent water sources and abundant grazing areas, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to an impressive variety of wildlife, including large herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and magnificent African elephants.

The crater is also renowned for its high concentration of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopards, which may require a keen eye to spot. The crater’s lakes and wetlands often attract large numbers of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds, adding to the area’s remarkable biodiversity.

In the late afternoon, you will leave the crater and transfer to the campsite, where you will enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Day 4

Ngorongoro National Park to Arusha

Ngorongoro National Park to Arusha

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, located in northern Tanzania, is renowned for its spectacular volcanic landscape and the iconic Ngorongoro Crater. The area is home to the Big Five—elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos—as well as a wide variety of other wildlife. During the annual migration, vast herds of wildebeests and zebras move across the surrounding plains.

The conservation area is also unique for its coexistence of wildlife and the semi-nomadic Maasai communities, whose livestock graze alongside wild animals. Nearby, Olduvai Gorge is famous for its important hominin fossils, offering valuable insight into human evolution dating back millions of years.

In the afternoon, you will depart the conservation area and begin your journey back to Arusha, marking the end of your safari experience.
