Victoria Falls - The smoke that thunders

Arrive at Victoria Falls Airport, where you’ll be met and transferred to your accommodation. Spend the next two nights discovering the spectacular Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya, or “The Smoke That Thunders”. Explore the rainforest trails and viewpoints, taking in the magnificent cascades from different perspectives.

Enjoy a scenic sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, keeping an eye out for hippos, crocodiles and elephants along the banks. For those seeking extra adventure, optional activities include a helicopter flight over the Falls, white-water rafting (seasonal), bungee jumping or a visit to the local markets.

Safari in Northern Chobe

After breakfast, travel by road across the border into Botswana’s Chobe region, where you’ll spend three nights surrounded by the African wilderness.

Located near Chobe National Park, this area is famous for its large elephant herds, abundant wildlife and beautiful river landscapes. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with experienced guides, searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalo and other iconic African wildlife. A boat safari on the Chobe River offers another perspective, with excellent opportunities to observe animals gathering along the water’s edge and an abundance of birdlife.

Between activities, relax at your lodge and soak up the tranquillity of the bush, with time to reflect on your safari experiences.
