Serengeti National Park - Flight from Zanzibar

You will take an early flight from Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ) straight to the to Seronera airstrip SEU in the Serengeti Central where your Lost in Africa guide will be waiting to meet you upon arrival ready to start your safari immediately... Serengeti is home to millions of wildebeests, zebras and gazelles, over 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, cheetahs and many more. The Serengeti, a park that’s probably more famous than the country it’s in is well known for its magnificent wildlife and eco system. We will get to witness its wonders and see Mother Nature at its wildest yet finest. Our game drive will begin shortly after being done with the formalities and entering the Serengeti gates and will continue till late evening where will make our way to our Lodge/campsite for the night.

Serengeti is hands down the world’s best national parks by far with numerous number one awards every year and today will prove this statement to be true. You and your guide will leave the lodge early in the morning for a fantastic full day of wildlife tracking and viewing followed by a magnificent African sunset. You might choose to head back to the lodge for a hot meal at lunch time and then leave again in the late afternoon for further exploration before returning to our lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight. Should the sky be clear then be sure to enjoy the sunset in the Serengeti on a sundowner picnic style in the middle of the bush.

Serengeti National Park - Flight back to Zanzibar

The central part of Serengeti is perfect for game viewing all year round because of its abundance of wildlife due to presence of food and water throughout the year. Enjoy the sunrise followed by a morning and afternoon of further exploring the Serengeti and its magnificent eco-system and animals in their raw natural habitats before heading back to seronera Airstrip (SEU) where you will say your farewells to your guides in time to catch your flight back to Zanzibar International Airport ZNZ.
