Arrival at Airport – Transfer to Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred privately to your accommodation in Arusha. After check-in, you can relax and recover from your journey while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of your lodge.

If time and energy permit, you may explore Arusha at your own pace before preparing for your upcoming safari adventure.

Tarangire National Park – Game Drives

After breakfast, you will depart from Arusha with your dedicated private safari guide and travel to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees, beautiful savannah landscapes and large elephant herds.

Upon arrival, enjoy exciting game drives in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes and, with some luck, lions and other predators. Around midday, you will stop for a picnic lunch at a designated area inside the park before continuing your afternoon wildlife exploration.

Later in the afternoon, you will leave Tarangire and transfer to your accommodation for dinner and overnight relaxation.

Ngorongoro Crater – Game Drives

After an early breakfast, you will travel to the magnificent Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its remarkable wildlife and spectacular scenery.

Enjoy an exciting game drive across the crater floor, searching for the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards and the endangered black rhino. You may also encounter zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas and numerous bird species as you explore this unique natural ecosystem.

Around midday, you will enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site before continuing your wildlife exploration. In the afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and proceed to Arusha/airport.
