Your holiday begins with a personalized hotel pickup by a private driver and a comfortable transfer to the Nairobi terminus in Syokimau, where you board the train for a relaxing ride across changing landscapes to Voi.

Upon arrival at the Voi station, your professional safari guide welcomes you for a seamless drive straight to Ngutuni Lodge, an exceptional property nestled inside a private sanctuary next to Tsavo East. You arrive just in time for a fresh, welcoming lunch, followed by a peaceful afternoon unwinding on the main viewing deck overlooking a busy waterhole frequented by elephants and buffaloes.

As the heat of the day fades, head out on your first game drive through the sanctuary. Return to the lodge for a delicious dinner, after which you can embark on an exclusive night game drive (optional for an extra cost) using spotlights to search for elusive nocturnal predators.

You will have a filling breakfast before heading out toward the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary.
Your destination is the scenic Salt Lick area, where a wonderful lunch awaits your arrival. Following your meal, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive exploring this unique habitat, keeping an eye out for majestic herds against the beautiful mountain backdrops. Once the sun starts to set, you will drive back to Ngutuni Lodge to share stories over a relaxed dinner and settle in for your overnight stay.

Early Morning Safari And Departure To Nairobi

You will experience one last early morning safari through the Ngutuni plains, maximizing your chances for final wildlife sightings and perfect photographs. Afterward, return to the lodge to enjoy breakfast before checking out.
With a specially prepared packed lunch in hand, you will be transferred back to the Voi station to catch your train back to the Nairobi terminus in Syokimau. When you arrive at the station, our transfer vehicle will be waiting to pick you up and drive you safely back to your hotel, bringing your magical safari to a close.
