After breakfast, drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park with your private Gosheni driver-guide. Leave Serian Tarangire Camp early after breakfast and drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward Ndutu. This is a long travel day with a packed lunch and stops along the route. Arrive for an afternoon game drive in the Ndutu area in your private pop-up roof 4x4, looking for resident wildlife and birds. Migrating herds are seasonal, generally visiting the southern plains during the green season; sightings and calving are never guaranteed. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Ndutu Safari Lodge, our partner property in this area.

Depart Enkirari Wilderness Camp early with breakfast and lunch packed for the journey to Ngorongoro. Drive out through the Serengeti plains and continue to the crater, where your guide takes you on a game drive across the floor. Look for buffalo, zebra, lions and, with luck, black rhino. After the crater visit, ascend into the highlands and continue to Naserian Safari Camp, part of Acacia Collections, for dinner and the night. This is a full day with substantial driving.

Leave Naserian Safari Camp after an early breakfast and descend to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive in your private pop-up roof 4x4. Explore the groundwater forest and lakeside habitats, looking for monkeys, elephants and waterbirds. Bird numbers and water levels vary with the season. After a packed lunch, drive to Arusha Airport for the included flight to Zanzibar, timed to allow the morning visit. Meet your transfer driver on arrival and continue to Hotel Verde Zanzibar for dinner and an overnight stay.

On day 7, enjoy a guided walk through Stone Town before your transfer north to Langi Langi Beach Bungalows in Nungwi. Days 8, 9 and 10 are free for beach time, swimming when conditions allow, and rest after the safari. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinking water are included during these four nights. Optional snorkeling, diving and dhow excursions are available for an extra cost and are not included. No wildlife-viewing activities are scheduled during this part of the tour.
