You will be picked from your hotel or the airport in the morning at 0700 hours and drive on the floor of the Great rift valley to the World's famous Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive from 1600 hours.

Masai Mara National Reserve

The day is spent exploring the Reserve. Leave the camp after breakfast for a full day game drive to the Mara River where massive migration and river crossing of Wildebeests and Zebras happen annually from July to October. Masai Mara is a 1510 sq km open landscape and no matter where you drive in Mara you are sure to see a big population of wild animals such as Lions, Cheetahs, Elephants, Impalas, Gazelles, Masai Giraffes, Warthogs, Topi and occasionally Black Rhinos and Leopards.

Masai Mara to Nairobi

On this day you will have breakfast, then check out of the lodge and depart for Nairobi through the breathtaking views of the Great rift valley. You will be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or at the airport for your flight back home.
As well as the wildlife, the park is home to the community of Masai warriors. Their bravery is known the world over in their battles with the animals of the savanna, and they welcome you into their culture with traditional song and dance. You have a chance to witness their culture and visit a home to better know their extraordinary way of life. This visit is optional and there is an extra fee of US$30 applicable.
Optional activities on this day can be, half day city tour, cultural experience at the Bomas of Kenya and dinner at The Carnivore restaurant for exotic meals(to be paid direct).
