Dar es Salaam - Saadani National Park

You will be picked up at 8:00 am and transferred to Saadani National Park, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, you will spend some time at your leisure or head to the beach before a sunset game drive. Your dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Saadani River Camp. All in all, you should be prepared to admire one of the most spectacular environments of African tropical vegetation today!

Saadani National Park

You'll go on a sunrise game drive and then return to the camp for breakfast. Later, you will drive to the Wami River for a boat safari. You will have the chance to see hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of marine birds. You will return to the camp for lunch and some leisure time. Your dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Saadani River Camp overlooking the Wami River.

Saadani - Dar es Salaam

You'll have an early morning breakfast and then drive to Dar es Salaam via Bagamoyo Historical Town. Sites available to see here include the Caravan Serai Museum, German Boma, slave market, hanging place, German cemetery, the Catholic museum of Bagamoyo, the Kaole ruins, and a series of tombs set among the palm trees. All the cash collected here goes to the local communities. Later, you will return to Dar es Salaam.
