Day 1

After breakfast, you will meet an office representative for a briefing about your safari then depart to Tarangire National Park. The drive will take around two and a half hours. You will see firsthand all that Tarangire National Park is known for—the famous ancient baobab trees, tree-climbing pythons, and the largest concentration of African elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, other antelope’s species in rich numbers and birds. After a picnic lunch at midday, you will resume your afternoon game drive. Then you'll drive to Karatu for your overnight stay.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater Tour with Packed Lunch
After breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a crater descent, for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch to enjoy at midday at the base of the crater. One of the 8th Wonders of the World, the crater is a very important refuge for a variety of wildlife. Most commonly seen are big bulls of elephants and the vulnerable species of black rhinos. The crater is also home to big herds of wildebeests and zebras, Thomson and Grant gazelles, hippopotami, African Cape buffalos, prides of lions, hyenas, several cats, golden and black-backed jackals, and close to 400 species of bird. Then in the late afternoon, you will drive out all the way to the hotel in Karatu for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park Tour
Lake Manyara National Park Tour
After fueling up on breakfast, you’ll depart for your full-day safari at Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunches in hand. The park is situated inside the Great Rift Valley with a distinctive evergreen forest that provides suitable habitat for olive baboons, monkeys, big families of elephants, tree-climbing lions, leopards and African Cape buffalos. At midday, you’ll enjoy lunch in the park before setting out for the open woodland areas where you’ll hope to set your sights of giraffes, hippos and flamingos. Upon finishing your afternoon game drive, proceed back to Arusha/ Kilimanjaro for an overnight/international flight or an extension to Zanzibar.
