Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your Across the Wild Safaris representative, briefed on your safari adventure, and transferred to Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s most iconic wildlife destinations. En route, enjoy scenic views of southern Kenya and the changing landscapes of the Great Rift Valley.

Arrive at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge for lunch and check-in. The lodge offers comfortable accommodations and panoramic views of the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest free-standing mountain. In the afternoon, relax at the lodge or embark on an optional afternoon game drive, spotting elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife as the sun casts golden light over the plains.

Day 2

Start the day with an early breakfast at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge, then embark on a full-day game drive across the vast plains of Amboseli National Park with Across the Wild Safaris. This Park is famous for its large elephant herds set against the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Amboseli also hosts giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, cheetahs, and a variety of bird species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, surrounded by wildlife and breathtaking scenery then continue exploring the park in the afternoon, following the trails of predators and spotting unique species such as the Grevy’s zebra and reticulated giraffe. Capture unforgettable photos of elephants bathing in natural swamps and the expansive savannah under golden light.

Return to Sentrim Amboseli Lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight, soaking in the serene atmosphere and reflecting on a day of extraordinary wildlife encounters.

After breakfast at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge, depart for Lake Naivasha, traveling through scenic landscapes via Nairobi. Arrive at Lake Naivasha Crescent Camp for lunch and check-in, before setting out for an afternoon game drive in Hells Gate National Park.

Hells Gate, a dramatic section of the Great Rift Valley, is famed for its towering cliffs, deep gorges, volcanic rock formations, and geothermal steam vents, offering some of Africa’s most breathtaking scenery. The park is home to buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Thomson’s gazelle, baboons, klipspringers, and mountain reedbuck, alongside over 100 bird species, including vultures, Verreaux’s eagles, augur buzzards, and swifts.

Optional activities include a boat ride at Crescent Island, where hippos and aquatic birds abound. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight, enjoying the tranquil lakeside setting and preparing for the next day’s adventure.
