Nairobi-Amboseli National Park

Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive south towards Amboseli National Park, with a scenic journey through the countryside. Arrive in Amboseli around midday and proceed to your lodge/camp for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive across the park, renowned for its large elephant herds, open plains and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Explore the park as you search for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and other wildlife. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight. Amboseli's diverse habitats and Kilimanjaro backdrop make it particularly well suited to wildlife viewing and photography.

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, when the park is at its most atmospheric and Mount Kilimanjaro may provide a spectacular backdrop on clear mornings. Continue exploring the plains and wetlands before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the evening at your hotel/ airport for your onward journey.
