Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast in Arusha you will be picked up by our driver guide who will take you to a tour briefing and then drive you to the Tarangire National Park for your first game drive. Tarangire National Park has the Tarangire stream and low-lying hills on the valley floor. Its natural vegetation consists of the big African Adansonia digitata trees and large swamp areas. The stream and swamps attract the wildlife throughout the African country side for water and food. The park is home to 3 rare species of animals, the koudou, the fringed-eared pasang and the ash-grey starlings. In the evening you will check-in to Ngorongoro conservation area for long night and Dinner at Ngorongoro Farm House.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

After an early breakfast you will check-out of camp and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater where you will descend to the crater floor for a once in a lifetime game drive. This massive extinct volcano, with its high tree lined walls drop thousands of feet to a “Noah’s Ark” of animals on the floor below. You will view the massive 5 odd-toed ungulate, lion, leopard, buffalo and elephant. You will break for lunch at the Ngoitoktok Spring Picnic site where you will view plenty of flamingos gathered around the banks of the Soda lake, geese, stork, and vulture; as well as crocodile and hippo. After lunch you will embark on your last game drive through the crater as you ascend back up the crater rim and travel back to Arusha. Upon arrival in Arusha you will be dropped off at your designated location. This is where your safari will end.
