Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

You'll depart from Nairobi to the Masai Mara via Mai Mahiu. The first stopover will be at the viewpoint to enjoy the beautiful site of the Great Rift Valley and its escarpment. Then, you'll proceed on till the second stopover, which will be at Narok town, where you will freshen up, then proceed to the Great Masai Mara Reserve, arriving at the camp in time for lunch. After lunch and a few minutes of freshening, you'll proceed for about a 2-hour evening game drive. You'll have dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserrve Full-day Game Drive

You'll have breakfast, then get set for the full day game drive on the savannah grassland landscape of Mara. The Masai Mara is best known to be the home of the Big Five, so you won’t miss at least two or three of them. If lucky enough, you’ll enjoy the sight of the cat family hunting and the prey running for their lives. You'll have a picnic lunch at the Mara River, then proceed with a game drive till sunset. You'll return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

You'll have breakfast and proceed to an optional extra activity to visit to Masai village. At the village you will be able to interact with the local Masai community as well as learning their culture and their different cultural practices. At the village, you will only pay $10 per person, paid directly at the village. Later, you'll leave for Nakuru with a hot lunch en route. You'll enjoy the beautiful sight of Mount Longonot on your way to Nakuru and the sight of the beautiful Lake Naivasha from afar. You could engage in an optional fun activity of boat riding at Lake Naivasha. The boat ride costs $20 per person. Then, you'll proceed to Nakuru. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the Budget Hotel.

Nakuru to Nairobi

You'll have breakfast. Then, you'll proceed to the morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is known for a rhino sanctuary, with both white and black rhinos. You'll enjoy the epic view of buffaloes, crocodiles, and hippos in their day-to-day activity in Lake Nakuru from a point of view called the Baboon Cliff. You'll enjoy other variety of Kenyan wildlife, including the birdlife in the park, like flamingoes. Then, you'll proceed back to Nairobi with lunch en route. Upon arrival, you'll be dropped off at the airport or your Nairobi hotel.
