Your private guide will drive you to Stellenbosch, a fertile area of vines that replaced the wildlife and nomadic Khoisan people who had lived here for millennia. Today, Stellenbosch is known for its beautiful architecture, renowned wines and famous university. On a wine farm, surrounded by mountains, taste the wonderful vintages, including Pinotage (which is S.A's own unique cultivar).
We leave Cape Town & head for the spectacular Clarence Drive on our way to Betty’s Bay where we visit Africa’s largest penguin colony. Next is the charming town of Hermanus, known for the world’s best land-based whale watching between the months of June & December. We return to Cape Town via the vast Helderberg mountain range which separates Cape Town from the South African interior.
Whilst in Cape Town, all optional activities will be offered to you at our preferential rates, discounted from 15%. They include helicopter flips, hot-air ballooning, shark-cage diving, whale cruises, paragliding & more.
