Day 2

After enjoying breakfast, you will depart from Tarangire and head to Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its stunning location at the base of the Great Rift Valley's Western Escarpments. This park boasts a diverse range of habitats, including underground water forests, cliffs adorned with baobabs, acacia woodlands, and the unique algae-streaked hot springs, alongside swamps and the soda ash Lake Manyara, which is famous for its vibrant flamingo population. Although the lake is relatively small, it supports a remarkable variety of wildlife and an impressive array of bird species. Notably, the lions in this park are famous for their tree-climbing behavior, and Lake Manyara is home to some of the largest troops of baboons found anywhere in the world. You will spend a full day exploring the park on a game drive, complete with a picnic lunch. In the evening, you will drive to the campsite in Lake Manyara National Park for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

After breakfast, we set off for Serengeti National Park, traversing the elevated farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority. As we leave the highlands behind, we descend into the vast plains of the Serengeti. Our journey takes us to the central region, known as Seronera, which is renowned for its rich wildlife habitats. The Seronera River, a crucial water source in this area, attracts a diverse array of wildlife. We arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive to explore the park's remarkable fauna, before heading to our campsite for the evening. Dinner and overnight accommodations await us at the campsite in Central Serengeti.

Day 4
Serengeti Plains – Ngorongoro Highlands

After breakfast, embark on a Sunrise Game drive before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) with a packed lunch. Along the way, we will visit a Maasai boma to gain insights into the rich culture and traditional lifestyle of the Maasai people. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey to Simba Campsite, where we will enjoy dinner and spend the night.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
After breakfast, you will embark on a thrilling descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, a stunning natural marvel that plunges over 600 meters. This UNESCO World Heritage Site, managed by the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority, is home to an impressive array of wildlife, including herds of wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, hippos, African elephants, eland, and warthogs, all thriving due to the year-round availability of water and food. The crater is also notable for its high concentration of predators, such as lions, jackals, cheetahs, hyenas, and the elusive leopard. In the southwest corner lies Lake Magadi, a large, shallow alkaline lake that serves as a vital habitat for numerous flamingos, hippos, and various water birds. In the late afternoon, you will return to Arusha for your transfer to the airport.
