Pick up from your hotel and then transfer from Entebbe Airport on a flight to Kihihi with Aero Link. Upon arrival, you will be picked up from the airstrip and transferred to Silverback Lodge.
The latest addition to the Marasa Africa properties is Silverback Lodge, located in the Buhoma sector of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in Western Uganda. Silverback Lodge is only a 5-minute walk to the national park and has sweeping views of the valley and forests that surround it.
The lodge also has wonderful views of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - a 124-square-mile UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is home to approximately 350 mountain gorillas (half of the world’s remaining population), non-habituated chimpanzees, more than 100 other species of mammals, 346 species of birds, and 163 species of trees.

Day 2

Wake up very early in the morning for breakfast and then hike to the park headquarters for a briefing by the park ranger on how you need to conduct yourself in front of the gorillas. At 8:30 am, begin hiking along well-established trails in the forest. Gorilla tracking is a strenuous exercise but the joy you experience after encountering the gorillas is overwhelming. The time taken to encounter these apes ranges from an hour to several hours, depending on their movement in the jungle.

Day 3

Have breakfast at the lodge before you drive to the airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe. On arrival at Entebbe Airport, connect to your flight to the Masai Mara. At 12:15 pm, fly to the Nairobi Airport Upon arrival into Nairobi met and transfer to Tamarind hotel Nairobi. Located in Nairobi, Tamarind Tree Hotel provides an outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness center and garden. Meal plan bed and breakfast. Next day proceed to Migration Safari quoted separate.

Day 4
Masai Mara

After breakfast transfer to wilson airport for your mara flight. Depart Nairobi wilson airport for a morning or afternoon 45 minutes flight to the world's famous Maasai Mara to be met by your tour driver guide at the keekorok airstrip thereafter proceed for a full day game viewing a cross the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous mara is renowned for its great herds of plain games like black-manned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wild life to be found in Kenya. Packed lunch is served in the park at the mara river, boarder of Kenya and Tanzania and a scene for yearly wildebeest migration return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, proceed for morning game drive in Masaai Mara game reserve then return to the camp for lunch followed with an afternoon optional visit to the Maasai villages or optional nature walk with maasai guides, return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
