1-Day Full Day Birding Experience Victoria Falls

• A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.

Just before sunrise our guide will pick you from your hotel anywhere with Victoria Falls City. Our day will start at a spot just above the Victoria Falls, on the banks of the Zambezi River. Our target birds in this area are Half Collared Kingfisher, Schalow's Turaco, little Swift, Goliath's Heron.

After exhausting possibilities in this area we will take you into the Zambezi National Park and explore different habitats. Along the way in the park we will settle at a picnic spot for a picnic breakfast, tea and coffee. After an energy boost, as the sun warms up big birds of prey will start soaring in the sky. Birds of prey like Martial Eagle, Brown Snake Eagle, Tawny Eagle can be spotted in the National park. Later in the afternoon Picnic lunch will be served in the Park. A nice cold beer or soft drink will be offered at lunch. After lunch we will continue birding as we head towards direction of your hotel in Victoria Falls. We aim to drop off at 5pm.
