Day 1

Arrival and transfer to your accomodation

Upon arrival, meet and greet our company safari guide who will transfer you to your accommodation in Entebbe. The guide will also brief you about the highlights of your trip. You can have an optional visit to Entebbe Botanical gardens. The botanical garden offers an excellent introduction to uganda’s birds ranging from Lake Victoria specials such as yellow-throated leaflove, slender-billed weaver, forest birds such as great blue turaco as well as the noisy black and white casqued hornbill. In this garden you can spot a few primates like the black and white colobus monkeys. Return to your accommodation and have enough rest.

Day 2

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After breakfast, the safari will begin with transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park. Stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a short walk to see the white rhinos with a ranger escort for about an hour. Thereafter, head straight to the top of the Murchison Falls for a chance to see the Nile squeeze through a 7-meter-wide gorge, creating an impressive display of power as the water thunders down 45 meters. Enjoy the beautiful scenery upon arrival as you make your way to the lodge.

After breakfast, you will head out on a morning game to experience some of the spectacular wildlife in the reserve including big cats and herds of giraffes. In the afternoon you will go for the boat cruise on the Nile and make your way to the bottom of the Murchison Falls. Enjoy sighting of hippos and Nile crocodiles among other animals that come to drink.

Day 4

Transfer to Kibale National Park

Transfer to Kibale National Park

After breakfast, the safari will continue with transfer to Kibale National Park. This Park harbors the greatest variety and concentration of primates found anywhere in East Africa. It has over 13 different species including the black and white Colobus Monkey, Blue Monkey, Red-tailed monkey. Kibale National Park is highly alluring to nature lovers for its excellent chimpanzee trekking and bird watching. The dense forest hosts a population of more than 1000 wild chimpanzees.

Day 5

Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After early breakfast, you will drive to the park headquarter for a pre-trek briefing and then begin your hike into the forest as you search for the famous chimpanzees. Once you find them, you will be able to spend an hour with the group, watching them as they climb the trees, play and interact with one another and witness their fascinating behaviors while listening to the sounds of the jungle around you. You may see some of the other primates, including the grey cheeked mangabey and the red-tailed monkey amongst various bird species. After your time in the forest, you will head back to the lodge for lunch. Thereafter you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park reaching in the evening.

Enjoy some breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive. You can expect to encounter the big cats, elephants, buffaloes on your drive. Later you will return to the lodge before heading out for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Chanel in the afternoon. Here you will be able to enjoy a different game viewing experience as you float past the animals that have come to drink. In the evening you will make your way back to the lodge for some dinner.

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through Ishasha Sector

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through Ishasha Sector

Have breakfast and later you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park though the Ishasha sector which is well known for tree climbing lions population. Ishasha sector also harbors decent concentrations of hippos, elephants, buffalo and antelopes. You will have lunch in Ishasha and continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which is a home of the endangered mountain gorillas reaching in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will head off into the famous Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in search for the magnificent mountain gorillas of Uganda. After a trek through the dense jungle, you will be rewarded with face-to-face sightings of one of the rarest animals on earth. Sit in silence and observe these amazing gentle giants for one hour.

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After you delicious breakfast, Proceed to Lake Mburo National Park, as we enter the park, it is likely that you will spot some wildlife. After check in and have lunch. Later go for a boat ride on the lake and enjoy the rich bird life and hippos cooling off. Have an early dinner before going for a night game drive. This is special game drive of 2-3 hours provides 30% chances of seeing the elusive leopard and of course other nocturnal animals.

Have breakfast and go for nature walk with a ranger guide for a chance to see animals at a safe and close distance. Later, start on your journey to Kampala/ Entebbe, expect stopovers for lunch along the way and the Equator line for beautiful pictures. Proceed with the journey to Entebbe arriving late afternoon or evening to be dropped at your point of drop off like hotel, Airport. Enriched with the memory of the rare apes and savannah wildlife, you will say goodbye to the pearl of Africa.
