Ngorongoro Crater Tour & departure to Arusha

After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you will begin your day with an early departure from your lodge for a remarkable visit to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations. The journey to the crater rim takes about 1.5 hours, where you’ll be greeted by stunning panoramic views of the caldera. You will descend into the crater floor for an exciting game drive, home to an incredible variety of wildlife, including the Big Five—lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and leopards. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the crater, surrounded by its breathtaking scenery and diverse wildlife. After your exploration, you’ll drive back to Arusha city center, approximately a 4-hour journey and you will be dropped off at the city center of Arusha whereby you can arrange an additional overnight stay on request, where your tour will conclude, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Tanzania’s natural wonders.
