1-Day Elephants Under the Baobab Tarangire Trip

Embark on a captivating day trip to Tarangire National Park form Arusha town, one of Tanzania's premier wildlife destinations. The journey begins in Arusha, where you’ll be picked up from your accommodation. The drive to Tarangire takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, covering a distance of 120 kilometers. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of the African landscape, dotted with small villages and farms. Once you arrive at Tarangire National Park around 9:30 AM, your guide will lead you on an exciting game drive through the park, renowned for its large elephant herds, tree-climbing lions, and spectacular birdlife. The park's iconic baobab trees and diverse ecosystems provide excellent opportunities for wildlife photography. Around noon, you’ll stop for a delicious picnic lunch, conveniently packed in a lunch box. After lunch, continue exploring the park. Afterwards, you’ll begin the drive back to Arusha, around 4:30 PM, concluding your unforgettable day in Tanzania’s wilderness.
